How can I retrieve my reservation?

Thanks Nikki. Still no joy for me I'm afraid!

I know I'm on the right bit because I've changed it to Disney US at the bottom of the page. The page you mention with Cinderella and the four options is where you enter your UK reservation number (which works fine). Anyway, it's just saying that the information does not match their records.

I'm pretty sure the number is correct as I have obtained it from two separate sources. Weird! :sad2:

That's no good.

I think it was just real luck I stumbled onto the right page. I'm such a technophobe these days!

If you got your number from two different sources then they have to be right!

Did you book via Disney or Travel Agent?

At least you have a little while to investigate before you need to make your ADRs. It would be a nightmare finding a problem on ADR morning!

Good luck and let me know when the system recognises you :flower3:

As I said, I'm pretty sure I'm on the right page (your instructions made perfect sense to me as that's the route I took!). I booked with Disney UK so I'm wondering if there is a conflict between the US/UK systems? What's even more confusing is that Disney UK told me I wouldn't be able to view my booking via the US site but others (like Lee) have managed to do so!

Hopefully it will be sorted out soon. :rotfl:

I have also been unable to retrieve my reservation online with the 12 digit number. I have had the number confirmed by telephone twice now and when I phoned Disney in the US I was also told it would work for dining reservations but not for the resort. I dont remember this being the case in previous years so guess I will check again sometime before ADR day.

It's still not working and wasn't last night. I know I have the right page as I have used it more times than I can count over the last 15 months or so. If I get too impatient I will just phone them

Just resurrecting this thread as I still can't get the system to work! Lee, did you end up calling them?

ETA: I'm getting a 'System Unavailable' error message today: "We are unable to process room or package reservations at this time. Please try again later." Hmm... the plot thickens!

I didn't because I suspect it is a website glitch. I saw something that made me think it was and TBH until yesterday I really haven't been on the DIS at all this last week.

I also wasn't too clear as to whether Nikki called up her US reservation or if the ressie no. just worked to show her the UK booking page online :confused3

As I said, I have used this countless times with no problems on two reservations and of course the day you posted this thread was the first time I ever had a problem.

I think you need to get your priorities straight to be honest. ;)

Oops. :flower3:

I am in canada and having the same problem. I got a 12 digit # from my travel agent and it isn't working. I have to make my adr's on march 2.

Thanks for that- obviously this is a widespread problem! Those of us who are making ADRs this month may have to do them via phone I guess. :confused3

Not tried pulling up my hotel reservation but for ADR's I am having no problems, although I have all mine booked for August I just tried adding more, accepted no problem "Your Disney Dining Plan has been successfully attached."

Yes, the dining site is working fine. it's the resort one which is on a different website that seems to be experiencing problems. It doesn't look like it will be a problem for making restaurant ressies, as I was on the main website last night and it seemed to be fine.

Which bit do you mean? I tried to enter my 12-digit number on the dining pages but it wasn't accepted as my arrival date isn't until September.

Every now and then a thread totally confuses me, maybe its jetlag but this is one of those threads:rotfl2:

ADR system looks to be working OK.
UK res system working OK, just looked at my res with Disney.co.uk (its still needs paying off:sad1:)
US res system, I don't have my 12 digit # with me at work but its not something I bother with, not interested in online check in etc.

Yes, but you can't put your real dates in. There was a thread last night by Cooks and if you look later on in the thread I told him how to do it. You are right that you won't be able to actually enter your ressie no because you are too far out and the system will pick this up. But it has always been like this, even last year and as long as the option comes up to enter it, there should be no problem.

I put an earlier date in and it still didn't work. I'll check out the thread you mentioned...

ETA: Yeah, I was on the right bit. Hopefully it will recognise my reservation by the time March 19th rolls around!

I talked to my TA today and when I put in my ressie # with my last name but when I used my parents last name it worked. She said no sure if disney or go go travel assigns a random lead passenger. Maybe if someone else in your party has a different last name try that to see if it works. I could see that their was 7 people in my ressie but when I tried to go farther it wouldn't let me. Hopefully I don't get up at 6am for nothing tomorrow and it works to make my adr's

Is this for your ADRs? I hope it works out well for you. It's not the name issue for me as I am the only adult in my party. System glitches yet again. Sending you lots of pixie dust. pixiedust:pixiedust:
