How can I pick up tickets before an early character breakfast?

I am ordering my tickets online and will probably be picking them up at will call. On my first morning at the parks, I have an 8:20 PS at Donald's Breakfastosaurous. I arrive at 7:30 the night before, and am worried that I will not be able to get my tickets if my flight is late. How late is will call open at the parks and the TTC? It would be even better if I could pick the tickets up at AK before my PS time, but I'm guessing you can't do that, right?

If you are close to Epcot, I think the International gate booth is open until 9:00pm. If you are staying on property, ask the cast member at the hotel how long the ticket booths stay open.

Guest Relations at DTD is open until at least 11 depending on the time of year. GR at AK will be open by 8:00 am on a non-EMH morning at AK.

When you go to AK for the breakfast, be sure you take Disney transportation (the bus). Otherwise you will not make your PS as cars are not allowed into the AK parking lot until 8:30.

You also can now pick up will call tickets when you check in at a Disney resort. (All except those on Hotel Plaza Boulevard, and the Swan/Dolphin)

There is one in the Market Place and one in the West Side by Wetzel's Pretzels.

If you're going to pick them up at DTD in the morning, you're not going to make your 8:20 breakfast PS. The DTD GRs don't open until 8:30 am.

I'm assuming you are picking up an AP since you can't do it at your resort. Your best bet in that case as I said before is the AK GR which opens at 8:00. Be sure to take Disney transportation.

If you are picking up something other than an AP/PAP, just do it at your resort.
