How can I link a band to a ticket?

My little cousin is going to DW soon with her school band. She sent me her ticket number and asked me to order a magic band for her and make FP+ reservations. Can I go ahead and add her ticket number to my MDE account to get her fast passes set up? And can I order a magic band? Will it link to her ticket and FP? i can not believe her group of friends have waited until now to do this (they travel in 2 weeks) but I want to help her if I can.

3. If you put all of the info (MB number, ticket number) into the MDE account, yes.

BTW, she does not NEED a MB to get or use FP+.
That can be done using just the plastic ticket card.
