How can I find the 2007 points cruise chart?

Yes, you can do that. You have to call MS to find out the cash price for the 2nd adult, though. It may end up to be more or less than travel agents or the DCL are currently charging for the cruise you are interested in. DVC negotiates the cash prices for DVC members at the same time it negotiates the point cost.

Everything that Carol said and don't forget you must pay in full the amount for that person paying cash. No deposit - just pay in full and the exchange fee.
