how can a canadian have water delivered?

i see alot of people willuse costco or amazon to deliver cases of water to the resort. I know with walmart you need an american cc. ANyone know about the others? I have a canadian costco card.

I used garden grocer last time but this time we only need wate, milkr and pop and I would rather not pay the delivery charge.

Suggestions?

We went down in February, and we just wanted water. So I asked a favor of a friend with an American address & credit card.

The water worked out to $7 US - so it wasn't stretching the relationship by any means.

Could you do something the same? If you mailed the cash (yes yes, you can run the risk of losing it, etc, but really, it's only $7), do you have a friend in the US who would be able to help you out?

Is getting a US Mastercard an option for you? I just applied for a BMO one and it took about two weeks and I got it in the mail. I'm sure you could use it to pay and the address of the hotel to ship to.

I didn't know canadian's could get a US mastercard. I started the application online for Disney Visa and got to the part where it said US residents only. I will have to call my bank. We are arriving sept 5 so it may not be enough time for this trip but thanks I will cjheck that out

If you call the number instead of applying on-line, they will tell you how to do it.

You can order from Costco.com

They do not require a membership, they add about 35cents for non members.

Just be sure that you are on the US Costco site not the Canadian one. It takes about 3 days for the delivery and a case of 24 is $6.97.

This is a US Dollar Matercard, not a United States issued mastercard. There is a differenace. You have to have your cc statment going to a US mailing address to use a credit card on many US websites. I am not sure why, as I also have the BMO US$ Mastercard.

Just investigate the website alittle more before going to the trouble of getting a Canadian issued US$ Credit Card. Might not be worth your effort.
