How Busy Will Cars Land Be?

I will be at DL/CA 09/02-09/08 with my wife, two boys (5 and 2), and my mother and sister, both of which will be in scooters. I know Cars Land will be busy, but exactly how busy, espacially after the holiday (the 3rd) is over?

We've heard of the "wide-right" technique, but how well will that work with an eldery lady and a woman on oxygen in scooters?

Since Cars Land has never been open during September nobody knows what the crowds will be like.

If I had to make a guess, I'd predict about these waits...
Radiator Springs Racers: 60-90 min (with FP being gone by 11:30AM during the week and 10 during the weekends/Labor Day)
Luigi's: 30-45 min
Mater's: 10-30 min

Lines will be a little longer than these on the 2nd, 3rd, and 8th, but after that it should be much less crowded.

Don't hold me to those, but these are my estimates based on this summer's lines and the typical crowd levels during early September.

I went yesterday..and it was crazy. Everything in cars land that was a ride was a 60 min. Wait or more. Racers was 150 min. Long at 2 pm. fast pass ran out by 10 am for this ride as well. My suggestion would be to get there when the park opens, and run for a fast pass. Families with kids get there around 10, so if you can hit up as many rides before then it would probably be the best.

Where are the fast pass kiosks located for the Racers?

The kiosk is currently next to It's A Bug's Life. But I would predict that for some time you will see the end of the FP line stretching in front of Cathay Circle as you enter.

At the kiosks, the CMs will use the machine for you.

I rode RSR twice this week. Once was standby following regular rope drop (not early entry) at 8am. We waited a healthy 75 minutes.

Second time, I waited in the FP line starting a bit after 8am. The wait was 26 minutes and I got passes for 1:05pm.
