How busy will Blizzard Beach be

on a Thursday afternoon? We're looking at going July 2nd, thinking we'd probably arrive around 11 or 12 or so. The night before we're going to be out very late, so we really don't feel like rushing out the door. The only "big" rides we want to do are the Tobaggan racers and family raft ride, so how bad would the waits be in the afternoon for those vs. morning or evenung?

Wait times will likely be 30+ when you get there - but if you wait around a little while (like after 2 or 3) people that opened the park will start leaving and wait times should decrease.
