How busy really are Saturdays at Disneyland?

Hi everyone!

Since the dates for Oct 20 to Oct 24 are finally available on the Disney site I decided to check the schedule in order to plan my visit.

I only have passes for 3 days. And I was planning on doing DL and DCA on the 21, 22 and 23 of Oct. BUT Fantasmic only plays on Saturday and I really want to see it!

Should I risk it and go on saturday to Disneyland?

You should go on Saturday. Its not that bad. Sundays are often worse in the fall due to the Socal passes. Have a great time.

It can be crowded (weekends in October generally are), but since you are doing your research ahead of time, it shouldn't be too bad. Go on Saturday and enjoy F!

Thanks for replying!!! I'm still thinking about it tho... do you think that the lines for the rides would be longer than an hour??

Not if you use FP, single rider, and the DL app to plan your day. HMH will have a long line, but if FP is available that day it will really help. Same with SMGG -- using FP will shorten your wait time dramatically. Do PP early, since that line is almost always long and there is no FP.

Thanks for the tips!!! I was thinking of using Ridemax! Read some good reviews. I'm not 100% sure of how it works, tho. AAAH.

Either way, make sure to download the DL app. It is free and provides some helpful info (e.g. real time wait times, character locations, etc.). It's not perfect, but it can help. And don't miss F! if you have a chance to see it -- it really is a great show!
