How Busy March 20 - 27, 2011 ?

I know March can be quite busy, as it is spring break for some, but I see that most spring breaks across North America for school-aged kids is April. Anyone know of any other States/Provinces that have spring break in March?

Any tips on how to beat the crowds this time of year (early entry? Ridemax? Evening riding?). What's the weather like...warm enough for the pool?
