How busy is it this week?

Looks quite nutty based on the app times I have seen. I don't know about "worse" but probably similar in terms of wait times for big attractions, etc. Smaller attractions don't seem to have as huge of a wait compared to WDW's.

We were at Universal Fri & Sat. We had express pass, so lines for rides were not bad at all ... but it was wall to wall people in the Harry Potter areas. I think we waited close to 40 minutes to eat lunch at Three Broomsticks on Saturday.

We are at WDW now. After the first hour or so, it is Harry Potter level crowds in all areas of the parks we have visited (MK, AK, EP).

Thank you so much for the report, justafigment!

We were at Universal Studios a couple times during the last week, it was definitely more crowded because of Spring Break. Long wait times. Don't know if it is worse than WDW. Our friends said they waited like 90 minutes for the Minions ride, and something like 85 minutes for Gringott's ride, they also said a long wait for King Kong. They don't have the express pass, so seems like they had a painful time, their kids told me that some of the rides weren't worth it.

DS was at Universal the last week and said the lines were long! They used single rider when possible and had good luck with low wait times.
