How busy is Fantasmic! in Sept?

We're going on our first trip to the World in Sept. 15 - 20, and have planned around TOT and other rehabs. How busy is Fantasmic! likely to be at that time? I've read about the dinner packages with show seating, but since we have a 5 year old and twin two year olds we're avoiding $$ sit-down meals unless there are characters. We can never predict how well the little ones will do in a restaurant (usually very well, but no guarantees) so we tend to stick with counter-service type places.

Our current plan is to grab food on our way to the stadium, then eat while waiting for the show. How early will we need to get there at an off-peak time? Thanks for any advice - this board has been a wonderful resource in planning this trip!

If you go mid-week, you should have no problem getting a seat if you walk up just minutes before showtime (though they won't be the "best" seats right in the middle).

When we went the section where the dinner package seats are was completely empty, because there were so few people that everyone took better seats.
