How busy a park is on a certain day?

I remember when we were planning our trip that we saw a site on the Internet that assigned the park a number of how busy that date was traditionally at the park. I couldn't seem to find it this morning in my favorites. Anyone know what this site is?

Touringplans has free best day advice.

I think the typical advice is avoid EMH days. Avoid weekends and avoid Magic Kingdom period cause it had no good days, just less bad ones.
