First time Disney goer here... We will be flying into Disney Sunday 10/28 at around 3pm. Will be staying at the PoP Century and flying out Saturday 11/3 at noon.

We have a 4 day park Hopper ticket. Monday at Epcot, Tuesday MK(and MNSSHP), Wed HS, Thursday we will hit Universal and do what we can do and try to get back to DTD for an ADR at Fultons at 6:40pm, then Fri at AK.

We have the DLX dining plan, but have only made 1 ADR per day.

I am wondering, that time a year how busy is the parks likely to be? Is there a chance we will be able to walk into Resteraunts w/o a reservation? Will we be fighting crowds and standing forever to get on rides?

Just trying to get an idea on what we will be dealing with. Any tips on making this first trip smooth and non stressful will be appreciated :)

MK will definitely be busy on the night of Halloween; the last night of the MNNSHP.

There is also the Food and Wine Festival, that runs until the 12th of November, so Epcot can get busy.

Also there is a large free dining promo that runs to the end of the year, so if it runs the week you go, you will definately need ADR's. People who don't normally do TS meals will now book up ADR's.

11/2 is the last night of MNSSHP but 10/31 will sell out. But MK will be a great park to go to on Halloween until the party starts.

Weekdays until dinner time at Epcot are pretty quite during F&W

Actually 11/1 - 11/9 are blackout dates so if a package wasn't booked for days before 11/1, folks won't get free dining during the first 10 days of November.

All in all, it should be a pretty nice time for you there. We will be there from 10/31 - 11/10. Have a magical time!

I wouldn't plan on walking into a restaurant without an ADR - especially the popular ones. If there is somewhere you really want to eat, make those ADRs.
