I think they are ~40-45 sqft. If it's four adults (or adult-sized teens), you can do it, but it might be a little tight.

No. They will not. Stand, .. yes. All sit, .. no.

43 sqft is standard for DCL balconies, regardless of cabin category. Unless aft, or deck 5 4e's.
Or suites of course.

Of course the veranda in the "deluxe family oceanview" will be minimal to nonresistant.
