Was wondering if anyone has any pictures of the daybeds at the Poly? We are planning on having my little brother sleep in it in July. Is it about the same size as a twin bed or smaller? Any tips or pics would be great!!:)
Thanks!!

It's about the size of a twin bed--probably a smidge smaller in width. My godsister slept on it for 7 nights when we went in August and she had no complaints. :thumbsup2

The beds are slimmer than a twin.
Our kids all took turns. 7,4 & 2 @ the time.
The 2yo had side rails when he slept in it. No complaints from any of them:)

Hey all,

I was wondering about the size of the day beds as well. Are they large enough for an adult?

We had a person who was 5'7" 260 lbs and a tosser turner sleep on it for a week and they thought it was really comfortable for a day bed and had no issues as far as width or length. But i'm sure someone fairly tall might have an issue.

Thanks, hrt2hrtmomdeb and TammiMcman!

When I read that the others posters had only children sleeping on the daybed I got worried--that's where I'm planning to have my hubby sleep!! He would not be a happy camper if he couldn't fit on the bed!

We have the Princess Suite booked for November 2008 and it only sleeps 5. It has 2 queens in the bedroom and a daybed-- odd, considering that most suites have a pull out sleeper--in the palor. Myself, my mom and DD's are taking the bedroom, and I thought, that he could sprawl out and have the palor all to himself.

If the daybed size is an issue, just ask about having a rollaway brought in. The resorts do have a limited number of them, just in case. You can have the IPO note it on your reservation.

For what its worth I am a 6'1", 275 pound guy and found the daybed amazingly comfortable when fully laid out. I only napped on it a few times, did not spend the entire night on it, but man I had some great naps!

:) My 12 year old DD slept on it in August and she had no complaints. She in fact loved it. She didn't have to share with her sister. We all were very comfortable in the room. Enjoy!

Thanks Everyone!!:) Now maybe my brother will actually be ok with sleeping on it. Who knows I'm only 5'5" so maybe we will take turns sleeping on it!!:)
Thnaks again!!!:)

I slept on the daybed during our stay in September. I'm 5'8" and about 200 pounds and I thought it was really comfortable. I slept there because I was sharing the queen bed with my four year old who didn't share very well so I moved! It's really a great bed.
