How big is a splash pool?

We are going to WDW in July 2010 and have a house booked at Windsor Hills. The thing is a big chunk for my family may not be able to go and the 6 bed house will be too big for our family of 5. I kind of wanted to stay at the same resort but the smaller houses are expensive for just our family. I was looking at a 3 bed townhouse with a splash pool. How big is a splash pool? I know the resort has a pool. I have 2 teen sons(16,13). The house has a game room and a pool. I was looking at a townhouse with a splash pool and a game console like a PS2.

My question is will they be really disapointed with the splash pool and games system? Should I find another area and get a 4 bed house for about the same price?

This would be our firt time staying off site. It will be much cheaper than always having to get 2 rooms at a value resort. Grandma travels with us.

In response to the splash pool... I just read on one of the owner's website that the size is 14x14, if that helps you at all .

The splash pools are 12 by 12 ft. They won't be able to swim in it for sure but nice to lay around in. The townhouses are less than a 5 min walk to the main pool with the water slide that I'm sure they'll like. There's also ping pong, pool tables, fitness room etc in the clubhouse which is beside the main pool. Also a mini movie theatre where they could pick out a video to watch.

If you downsize to a 3 bedroom townhouse with the splash pool, you'll have a place for your sons to hang out. Plus, you'll be in a somewhat contained neighborhood for them to wander over to the main pool and gameroom on their own. I think you'll all be happy with that set-up.

Or you could rent a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo right beside the pool.
