How bad will MGM be this Saturday?

We arrive on Friday and are meeting relatives at EPCOT at 1:30 p.m. We are planning to go to MGM on Saturday and I am a little worried about the crowds. We are staying offsite. I don't want to MK on Saturday and MGM is really our only choice. We are moving to Universal on Sunday. This is a quick trip for us - done it all many times.

Any thoughts?

It won't be that bad. Granted it is summer, so you're dealing with large crowds to begin with. If you have no other choice, then just get there before it opens and take advantage of the first hour or two when the lines are shortest. Then you may consider leaving around noon and returning in the afternoon, avoiding the heat and the longest crowds.
