How bad is the last week of June?

May have the chance to go up with my little guy while my older son visits with grandma in NJ. We would just go for the weekend, like 27th to the 30th and really don't have to worry about getting on EVERYTHING (he's only 2, he won't care) but would be more like a "hang out with mommy" trip.

I know it will be hot but since we live here now, I don't think we will mind as much as we would if we were going from 70 degrees to 90 degrees, if you know what I mean. Mostly wondering about how bad the crowds might be. Gridlock or still manageable?

We went at the end of june and there were signs of the July 4th rush coming in, but it wasn't all that bad. Lines were fair and the weather is perfect for the pool more than anything. We did the parks morning and night to avoid the heat and longer lines.

Either way, you will have a lot of fun!
