How bad is RD for ROTR and FOP?

In the event I can't snag an ILL for either of these, how bad are RD lines? I know in the past we would always RD FOP--and usually had no more than a 45-minute wait (no matter what the board showed)--but we never RD for ROTR, since we were lucky to always get a Virtual pass. How bad are they--provided you get into the park Early Entry (or even slightly earlier if they open the gates)?

I have RD both a few times and just walk on to the ride but we are at the parks approximately 45-60 minutes prior to opening.
