How bad is a reservation at BOG at 8:40?

We can arrange our time with the lateness of the meal with kids, but it is right in the middle of the parade and fireworks. Our other MK night is the MNNSHP and those have special parade and fireworks. I have been
Trying score a cancellation for earlier but our trip is October 6-12 and
It's too early for anyone to be canceling. Can I make this time work?

I have an October reservation for 8:55, and I figure it will be fine for us, but that's because we don't WANT to see the fireworks. I'm thinking we might be able to see the electrical parade and then scoot away for the ADR.

If you want to see both, then it's not going to be great for you, but if you're like us it should be fine. So it depends on what you want from the evening.

Given that you have so much time until your trip, I would just keep checking for an earlier ADR. For now, I'd keep the late ADR so I know I have an ADR. Odds are that in the next six months, something will open up.
