How bad are EMH and MM?

So it looks like we will be doing both days at CA on EMH and both days at Disneyland. We can't change up the days because of certain things we are doing. We only have one mm. So, how bad are crowds going to be? Will we have long waits at Peter Pan and Toy Story even if we get there at Rope Drop?

When are you going? In the off season it's not much of a difference, but in the summer or weekends, it will probably impact you more.

We are going middle of June
In June, if you go into a park at rope drop that had early entry that day, you will experience lines for the more popular rides. Peter Pan will definitely have a wait if DL had early entry that day, and Toy Story will definitely have a wait if DCA had early entry that day. On days when you won't be able to take advantage of early entry, it's best to start in the park that did NOT have early entry that same day.

Do you have a MM of your own? If you do then you'll be mostly okay. That day you can do the Fantasyland rides. Peter Pan will be closed anyway :(.

In my experience Toy Story is still okay after EMH at DCA. I would head there first and then send someone to get RSR FP tickets for your party. EMH at DCA don't crowd as much as at DL because it is ONLY hotel guests.

Let me add, assuming you have your own MM at Disneyland, that on your second day (not your MM) at Disneyland you should head to some of the more popular rides on the Adventure side of the park. Only Fantasyland and Tomorrowland are open during MM, so the other areas of the park won't be as busy right at regular park opening as the MM weren't allowed over there.

You beat me to this. I would go straight to Indy at rope drop in this scenario. Then get all the big rides on that side done. If you have a runner you could have them get some space or star tours FPs as well.

Oh, yeah, we can't do all those big rides. We have kids! Although we will do Big Thunder!

You can do them if you want, but I would get a FP for them. You can use what's called a rider swap, they'll give you a ticket to skip part of the line so that you can both ride. My husband and I would take turns riding while the other one took the kid/s on a different ride. When our oldest was very young we'd swap during nap time.
