How are the PIN Codes listed?

I rec'd an email from Disney but don't see a PIN code but do see a CST # listed at the very bottom, is that the same?

In the bottom right corner of the email, there is a pin code. It says "have your pin code ready when you call". It is easy to miss. I missed it the first time I read the email. I thought the email was just a general "explore your resort" not an offer. Glad I checked it again.
