How are the New Years Reservation going,

Has anyone had trouble booking 12/31st? Are they holding back tables for special dinning?

I know I need to get up tomorrow to try and get my reservations for 12/26-1/3 trip. Just really hoping for everything to go well since it will be 3am. Thank goodness it is Saturday and I can go back to bed. I know I can wait until later in the day but then I will play the what if game if I don't get what I want.

I tried today to get a reservation for the 31st at La Hacienda for dinner and there were no tables available.

I didn't even think of that!

I've never not got what I wanted before- but I've never been at such a busy time of the year either!

CAN NOT WAIT!!!

12/30 BOG (but at 4:25pm)

Called and got the rest
12/27 Plaza 12:05pm
12/28 Yak & Yati 12:30om
12/29 Via Napoli 5:45pm
12/30 Sci Fi 12:10pm
12/31 Brown Derby 12pm
1/1 CP 9:55am (wanted later)
1/1 Teppon 6pm
1/2 Brown Derby 5:30pm

Great! Nice Reservation person looked for anything else 12/28 and 12/30 and could not find anything. I have a early 4:25pm that I will keep unless I can get a later time.

I guess party size can make a big difference, but my 180 day was today and I logged on at 6am and had BOG availability (3 times, all between 5-7:30) for both 12/30 and 1/1!! It was for a standard party of 4, but still it seems so random. I had really given up hope of a 12/30 b/c I kept reading about people not getting availability the last few days. So odd! OP--keep checking, you may get a better time!

Yesterday I got Bog for the 1st at 730pm, there were 4 other times that were available then so sorry you couldn't get one

I made my NYE reservations this morning with no problem. Got into Via Napoli at 7:45, a bit earlier than I wanted but its all good! Quite a few other places in EPCOT still had a good amount of times left too.

I was able to get BOG for NYE at 7:00 pm with no problem!!!

Hi! Made ADR on Tuesday... We were able to get CRT for lunch and BOG at 6:50 both on New Years! Made my day!!!

They must be releasing tables each day. I haven't seen that kind of availability for BOG and I have been checking for several days earlier.

Also, it looked like reservations were gone for Epcot resorts between 8:30pm and 10:30pm. I could make other reservations no problem. Maybe it's a glitch.

I think BOG is a restaurant that is something to be experienced ( whether lunch or dinner) but not sure people want to experience dinner more than once and this restaurant was open last christmas week so that may be why more availability. That being said I did go there for lunch last Christmas, but have made a dinner reservation in case the lines are too long for lunch this year. Watching how people rate dinner.

Could I just ask - did you receive an email confirmation for the adrs made via phone?

I'm just asking, as the system wouldn't let me make all my adrs online, so I had to ring for some and whilst they did give me my confirmation numbers verbally, I haven't had them by email.

I haven't gotten e-mail confirmations for reservations I made my phone on Tuesday so no worries!

Just make sure you have the reservation numbers.
