How are the crowds now?

We leave for WDW in 3 weeks. We have been in the summer many times so we know it is crowded. My question is does the crowds seem to be lower any because of the free dining coming in later Aug. That was a great deal. If it didn't bring us so close to starting school I would have changed our dates.
