How are the buses at YC?

Hi all!

We're headed back to the YC, but it's been awhile--since our honeymoon! We've been staying at the mods, but figure the kids are a little older and will love the huge pool there---plus we'll be there for our anniversary.

Can anyone tell me how the trips to MK and AK are from YC? I know the walk to Epcot, and the boat to MGM will be easy--just wondering if it's a long trip on the buses.

The trip itself isn't that bad. It's just that you have to stop at what seems like every resort in the EPCOT area before you get on the way. Aside from all the stops, I didn't find the waiting to be too bad.

I just came back from YC Saturday evening. The buses no longer stop at all the area resorts. The only stop we ever had was at BC next door and then we were always the first stop on the way back. It was really much better than in the past when they also went to the BW or Dolphin.

We rode the bus from YC to the MK at about 7:45 am on the Saturday of Mem. Day weekend. We were the 1st stop. We stopped at BC but that's all. Our family of 5 was the only family on the bus the whole time, so DH really chatted up the driver. (He really opened up about how it REALLY is to work for Disney, once he was satisfied that DH didn't work for the company!)

We left MK at about 3 pm. The bus was full, but was standing room for the sole reason that a family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers was taking up 7 seats...had they been less rude, or the people standing a little more agressive, there would have been enough seats for all.
