How are Fridays and Saturdays at MK - UG estimates??

DH thinks Friday will be much less crowded than Saturday (20 or 21). It's just us two...if we do MK on Friday we'll be doing IOA, Epcot, MK consecutively in 3 days. Epcot we'll be at EMH that night so we can try for the EMH morning at MK Friday but may not make it. UG recommends Sat for MK but in the crowd blog it lists the wait times for the headliners at 85 minutes or more on Saturday and 75 minutes or more on Friday. 10 minutes maybe not much difference but then again these are only predictions. However, for that weekend I assume people may start coming in to stay a week into Memorial day weekend? Should I switch to Friday or just stick with Saturday? To be honest we aren't worried too much about crowds at the other parks(we are doing two EMH evenings-AK and Epcot) but it's MK we worry about with many many frantic parents and screaming children (more so than other parks).

Weekday has much less influence on your waits than the time at which you visit each attraction, as we discussed in the latest "Best Days" calendar. If you've got a touring plan, then I wouldn't worry about the day of the week. If you don't have a touring plan, worrying about weekdays is sort of like discussing Paris Hilton's Oscar chances for "House of Wax" - i.e., largely irrelevant.

That being said, I think the crowd blog can give you an idea of average wait times at the MK headliner attractions on Fri vs Sat. I'm almost certain Friday's higher, this last Saturday notwithstanding.

Interestingly, I see the mean wait time at the MK headliner attractions for all of this year is 65 minutes. When people speak of "busy" and "slow," this might be a useful metric to keep in mind.

If you aren't going to do the EMH Friday morning, I would go on Saturday instead.
