How are crowds/weather in mid-Sept?

DH and I booked our first "parents only" trip to the World 9/14-9/18. How are crowds and weather during that time? We are looking at attending MNSSHP on 9/15 -- any advice since this will be our first time? TIA

Our first (and only, so far) trip to WDW was last year 9/19 -9/23.

The weather was HOT and HUMID. It really only rained twice. The crowds were quite low. I don't think we waited more than 15 minutes for anything.

It is definitely one of the best times to go...still feels like summer without all the crowds!

This will be the third year in a row that I visit WDW in the first half of September. I have found the crowds to be very low. You can walk onto many attractions and, except for Soarin', very short waits for others, usually no more than 10 - 15 minutes. The weather can be hot, humid and rainy but I like the heat so no complaints here. I always carry around my poncho and an extra elastic band for my hair just in case it gets rainy and humid. It will be my first time at MNSSHP on 9/15 as well, so can't give advice there, but I am sure it will be a great time!

we go every sept and the crowds are very small we go from ride ti ride sometimes no wait at all.the weather is humid you got to wipe the car windows in the morning just bring a towel from the room and keep it in the car you will need it.but he crowds are not bad at all or the crowds the food courts

Thanks We usually visit in June so the hot and humid part we are very familiar with
