MK and DHS are (now) in full swing for the holidays.
In 2016, I'd say that DHS would not be highly decorated the first week of Nov.,
with several attractions being under construction, and no Osborne Lights after 2015 holidays.
In 2016, MK's Christmas decor will be in process of going up starting Nov. 3, or so.
MK should be fully decorated by Nov. 5-6, 2016.
