We just got back last week and the crowds were the worst I've ever seen.

We're going back memorial Weekend..........what can we expect as compared to this past week which was just unreal.

If you just came back from there this week, Memorial Day Weekend will seem empty :) There are crowds but they are managable. Arrive in the parks early, get one or two rides done, get your self some fast pass & time them so that you are getting the next one just prior to going on the ride from the previous one. When it gets too hetic, go back to your resort & relax. Head back over at dinner time... eat before you go. You will miss the crowds for dinner if you eat early... then when people are eating, you may get some rides in.

I went Memorial Day 2004 and it was packed but not terrible. It will be busy and waits for the popular attractions easily be above 60 minutes.

We went to WDW on Memorial Day weekend last year. On the Sunday we first went to MK, got alot done in the morning then everything had long waits after 1:00 pm, tried hopping to MGM could only do WWTBM, everything else had huge lines or FP returns of 7:00 to 8:00pm, we then hopped to Epcot since we had a PS' for dinner there, again large lines and the FP's for TT and MS were gone for the day at about 3:30pm. The next day we went to TL (Memorial Day) and that was great, small crowds there.
