How Are Crowd Levels??

10 more days til we're there banana:) and I'm wondering if the craziness of summer has ended and the crowds/lines throughout the parks are better than what I was reading over the summer.

Anyone there now or this past week that can give me an idea?

My friend is there right now and reported low crowds. 15 min wait for Indy, and 20 min for Splash. Sounds pretty great to me.

Keep in mind while the last couple days are about as quiet as it can get, it's Friday and crowds will go up in a few hours as the weekenders show up.

Yes, but hopefully they'll go back down again on Monday. We arrive tomorrow (Saturday) in the late afternoon (wahoo!!!) and will be there all week. We are counting on getting our Disney fix without dealing with crazy crowds...until the Halloween craziness on Friday, of course.

Don't worry things will slow. We are in a super slow period. That doesn't mean quiet on the weekends. All 52 of them are at least a little busy.

We've been here for the last week and a half. Last week wasn't too bad. This week Monday was really busy (and crazy hot) but Tues, Wed, and Thurs this week were dead. We did a lot of rides that had 10 min or less waits, and a lot that we could just walk right on. On Wed Star Tours had a 20 min stand by wait.

Today seems a lot busier. There are a lot more people in the park, but the lines aren't too bad, mostly around 20 min except for rides like Splash which was sitting at 40 min every time we went by it. One thing we did run into a lot today were broken down rides. We had 3 rides we were in line for break down

We noticed this all week. Tons of rides breaking down (especially today, like you said). Splash, Space, Indy, BTMRR, Alice, Goofy Sky School...these are some off the top of my head that were breaking down, some multiple times.

You have to remember, when rides "break down", usually it is not the ride but stupid people on the ride, doing things they shouldn't, and then they have to stop the ride and go through a whole procedure to re-open the ride.

Today is great in the parks, not busy at all!! I actually rode 7 rides, including Peter Pan (which is ALWAYS busy) and ate lunch all in a three hour period so far
