These last few days I have been feeling different. I always needed a couple of naps per day. But nope, not now. I feel like I have got more energy and I am not realy eating the same. I am usually a couple pounds over the 200. But hey I decided to hop on and 199. Maybe It will keep me motivated now.I am not realy trying too, maybe that is the whole answer.

Exercise definately helps with my energy level. Even doing just 20 minutes 5 days a week will help. If you are doing that & making better food choices it becomes less like a diet(that will eventually fail) and more of an actual life change. Good luck & keep up the good work.
