How accurate is this DVC availability tool?

I found this DVC availability tool available to non-members and I'm wondering if DVC members can speak to its accuracy on availability?

I know the point values are incorrect based on the current point charts, but all I am looking at is the availability since I'm considering purchasing. Yes I know that things are outside the norm right now, but the data still helps me assess.

btw - if you click on a room type under a resort, it will show you availability for the month and you can scroll around for the year. Figured I'd mention that since it's not immediately obvious and I didn't want someone trying to enter a bunch of dates manually.

It is not accurate. Villas are gone in minutes typically but others pop up and this is why as DVC member we have to "stalk". You have to be a DVC member to get to the availability website. By the time you get an owner to make a reservation it will likely be gone. Sorry!

I use it when I just wanna see what's available everywhere at once. It got me a lake view studio for back in February when I was just seeing what's open for that 7 Month marker. I hopped onto the main site to confirm and got the room

It's basically rubbish. I'd not count on what you see now, or most of the time.

A member can get better data faster via RAT.
