How about a Contest thread

I think it would be a great idea

Maybe if enough people agree, they might start a contest thread ??

I don't think you need to get permission to start it - just start one and encourage people to post contests. If someone is willing to start it and maintain it - all they have to do is keep the first post updated with the contests as they are added and with links

Contest discussions actually belong on the Disney Rewards Board. There's a sticky at the top that forum for contests but there are also discussions about different contests in the forum itself. I'm going to move this thread there.
