How’d it go in WDW today?

Are we allowed to talk about this here? (If not, I accept the demerit ) DH and I were looking up Fantasmic/WOC on YouTube, and there were a million SWGE WDW opening videos, reminding me that today was Florida’s Big Day. Based on some of the videos I saw, it looked well received but some elements weren’t working or weren’t in place, like Hondo and DJ Rex. Has anyone heard how it went (is going) overall?

I bet there is a robust discussion in the Disneyworld forums - I was just about to check those out because I'm curious too and was also swamped with SWGE opening videos today!

Thanks! I bookmarked for my later perusal. We have no plans to visit WDW, but I’m curious to see how Disney may have handled the opening similarly or differently, and what the crowd response was like.

Land opened before 6a; Virtual Queue was busy at first then retired sometime late afternoon. MFSR was showing 120-180 minute wait times when I checked in periodically.
