Hover over thread title issue

On my laptop, when I hover over a thread title that is at the top of the screen, the bubble appears above the title and can't be read because it's too far up. Usually, programs recognize when a menu or bubble will be cut off and adjust accordingly. I haven't found any settings to change on my computer that would fix it, and it seems to work correctly in other programs and on other web sites. Is there any chance that can be corrected with the new software the Dis is using?
