Full-Cleaning Service
For stays of 8 or more nights, Full-Cleaning Service is provided on day 4 and Trash & Towel Service is provided on day 8, regardless of whether you're staying on a Member-discounted cash reservation, Vacation Points reservation, or a combination of both. This cycle repeats for stays longer than 8 days.

What changed in late 2017 is that they now come in daily and empty trash; otherwise schedules are the same as before.

This is what I thought. They told me with my stay I got trash and towel on the fourth day. They definitely barely did that yesterday. Nothing else. On the phone last night they said nine nights or more.

We always try to do 8 night stays and get full cleaning on day 4 then t&t on our last full day. We stay at Bwv most of the time.

We stayed at BCV last August and had the following:
Night 1: entered to a clean room
Night 2: trash removal while we were out (counts as their daily security check)
Night 3: trash removal while we were out
Night 4: trash removal while we were out
Night 5: (day 4) full cleaning (trash removal, beds made, towels and toiletries replaced, floors swept/ vacuumed)
Night 6: trash removal while we were out
Night 7: trash removal while we were out
Night 8: trash & towel service (towels/ toiletries were replaced, trash was removed)

They are doing this as a security/ safety reason, with all the things that have happened with resorts with in the last couple of years. reason for the new "Room Occupied" door hangers/ no longer "don not disturb" door hangers
