Been on a huge salmon kick lately and have recently ordered the salmon from many of the on property restaurants. Some obviously make it better than others even though I assume they're al sourcing from the same main supplier. I see that WCC calls this "house-smoked". Is this actually house smoked and is it worthwhile? I would probably order it through the Land and Sea platter as I can eat a ton of salmon if it's prepared well. Interested to hear reviews of it from anyone that's had it...or honestly any great salmon preparations anywhere else on property.
