House rental for just 2 nights?

Has anyone rented a pool house for just 2 nights? I found a site that has them for just $99 from Orlando Vacation Home Rentals. Are there any others that rent nightly?
 
I've rented homes from 3-4 days. An indicator is when they list a nightly fee. Check the minimum nights.
You will have to pay an additional cleaning fee. I like to rent from homeaway.com.
