House rental for 12 - part of a resort?

I've stayed in a vacation rental home before, but it was located in a development that had local people who also lived there. I would like to stay in a 4 or 5 bdr. home/villa that is part of a resort or where all of the homes are vacation rentals (with community grounds as well as our own pool). There will be 3 different families, each with children. Any suggestions?

I know that Summerbay has actual houses but not sure how many people they will sleep. Some (or all???) of the homes also have pools in the back.

have you tried Summer Bay - the houses are called Houses of Summer Bay. if you are not part of RCI it can be expensive.

RCI is now opened to anyone - so go join it - or you can look for this resort on

but while I have seem Summer Bay - I don't ever remember the Houses of Summer bay being on this site.

How about Windsor Palms? I think those are all or mostly rentals.
