Well the bank appraisal went through fine - as did the mortgage approval.. Now we just have to wait for one more inspection that's being done on Monday..
My realtor met with the buyer at the house today so she could measure for curtains; measure for a fence in the backyard (she has a dog); etc.. She just went on and on about how she had been looking for 6 months and this house is PERFECT for her.. She's going to try to rush things along.. Her closing is next Friday (the 27th) and she would really, really like to close on my house as soon as she can so she can move in no later than Feb. 11th..
