I'm confused. Can you just go in and get a drink or is this strictly dinner reservation type deal only?

I know they have a bar on the porch but I cannot for the life of me remember if there's a bar inside. You don't need to be dining there to have a drink at the porch bar.

They do have a bar inside.

They do have a bar inside and outside. You can drink at either one, even order food at the one inside without reservations. Just tell them at the hostess stand that you just want to drink at the bar. It is first come first serve. Also, purchases from the bars do not go towards the 15 percent off merchandise or tickets for shows in the concert hall.
