House of Blues Priority Seating

Does House of Blues do priority seatings or are they real reservations? I didn't think that DowntownDisney restaurants did PS's. I noticed on the WDW web site that HOB does take PS's but that cancellation could result in a charge. We are considering HOB for our upcoming May trip. Any info would be appreciated.

Don't know about the priority seating, but they had changed their menu and chef on the last trip and many of the old stand-bys are missing-- like the greens and some cajun foods. It was not very good, to be honest, and House of Blues had always been a favorite on previous trips.

Avoid the linguine with crawfish. It was mainly spaghetti, with a tiny bit of the crawfish thrown in. Not good.

My husband said the gumbo was so-so.

I made PS for House of Blues last week for May 20th for lunch. They didn't ask for a credit card number, so I don't see how they could charge me if I didn't show up. Not that I wouldn't show up. I've heard good reviews on their voodoo shrimp and gumbo. I guess they still have those, don't they? When I booked it I got the same spill you always get about being at the podium early and to have the PS# handy. He never asked for a credit card though.
