House of Blues 20% Discount on DDP How does this work?

I read on AllEars that the dining plan includes 20% off at House of Blues. I am considering using this on either my arrival day or a non-park day and making a meal of their appetizers. How does this work? Is it tied to your Magic Band or is their a paper voucher? Any help would be appreciated.

I've never heard of a 20% discount with the dining plan. Tables in Wonderland has a 20% discount. Can you give us a link to read what you read? This just doesn't sound right.

it's not with the dining plan, i'd guess it is with the package. so if you eat there oop you get 20% off. not sure how you'd prove it, maybe just mentioning it?

They mail you a booklet with coupons in the back that you can clip out. There is a 15 percent off one for tours.

As others have said, this is a perk of getting any kind of Magic Your Way Package, with or without a DDP. When you get all your Package mail, you'll have a coupon/page that has this discount on it.

If you're using a DDP credit to eat here, there's no need to save 20% since your meal is already covered. If you want to pay OOP here and save a credit, you would get the 20% off your meal.

That's what I was planning to do. I love their Voodoo Shrimp and Chicken Wing starters and getting 20% off would be affordable out of pocket.
