Hours of the Phone Line

Hey everyone-

I need to call the 1-800 number, but I only remember seeing the hours of the phone line somewhere in the middle of everything, and I didn't write them down. I just tried calling, and got hung up on/disconnected twice while the phone was ringing - is the call center not open yet?

If anyone knows the hours the line is open, that would be great.

Alright, I got through, I'm good. I guess it's 9 am... because I decided to wait and try after 9, and it worked.

Just putting that out there for everyone else.

Just in case anyone else has this question in the future and checks this thread, the call center hours are 9 AM to 4 PM EST.
