Hours for 'Ohana's and Chef Mickey's

Is there some place that lists when restaurants open. We're going around Christmas and right now I have 2 ADRs for 7:30am to each of these. Would these be right at opening? The other question we're wondering is if we'll have to drive to the Poly and Contemporary or if we could drive to the TTC and ride the Monorail at that time.

I've never seen an earlier ADR for Ohana, but I'm not sure about CM.

The way we got to a 745am ressie at Ohana was to take a Character Breakfast Bus from our hotel to Magic Kingdom and hopped on the monorail. Our bus driver was actually nice enough to drop us off at the Contemporary Resort. The bus for MK generally begins running around 630am (others have said earlier, so you might check with your transportation CM the night before to see if they know when MK character breakfast buses begin running). If you are staying offsite you should be able to take the monorail from TTC, but since we have never done that maybe someone else can confirm it for you.
