Hours for making PS's and booking tours?

Hello all!

What are the hours for, um, I dunno what the department would be called... but where you call for making PS's and booking tours etc? I don't like to make personal phone calls during work hours (my boss sits right behind me) so I'll need to call sometime in the evening...

Wekkdays 7am to 10 pm

Weekends and holidays 7am to 8pm
