Hours for Food Court at ASSp

Could someone give me an idea of when the food court at the All-Star Sports Resort opens and closes? How early can we go for breakfast? We want to try to start our days as early as possible. And how late can we grab a bite in case we get back from the park and feel like a little something? Your answers would be greatly appreciated.
