Hours for Downtown Disney

How late are the shops/restaurants open at Downtown Disney? I can't find the hours anywhere. Thanks!

As far as my experience, most of them seem to be open till about 1 hour after park closing time when it closes later, 2 hours when the park closes early at 8!
