Hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Are there standard times during which breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at all the sit down restaurants, or do they vary? Does anyone know where I can find the hours? A lot of posts will say something like "If you book the latest breakfast PS you can skip lunch..." What IS the latest beakfast time? Lunch? Dinner?

Thanks so much. I kept looking everywhere I could think of on Deb's site, thinking it must be there somewhere, but I didn't think to look under Menus.
