I ordered my tickets over a week ago and hadn't received them yet. I got concerned because I had told a friend about them and he had ordered his a few days before me and had already gotten his tickets. When I called them an automated operator asked for my membership number or phone number I keyed in my phone number and got an operator who already knew my name. I asked her to please check the status of my order and she looked it up and said that it hadn't gone thru because there was a mix up with the address of my home and the address on my credit card. I told her they were the same address and had never had a problem with any other business. I asked to talk to a manager. He said that he could reprocess my order and that i would get them in 7 to 10 business days. I asked him if he could experdite them and he said that they only used this process.
I am all for the great prices that this club has to offer HOWEVER,
if i hadn't called them I wouldn't have known that my tickets weren't on the way. Eventhough they had my:
1. phone number 2. address and 3. e-mail address
