If you haven't received your tickets from Hotwire Savings Club call and ask for a status report. 1-877-581-0266

I ordered my tickets over a week ago and hadn't received them yet. I got concerned because I had told a friend about them and he had ordered his a few days before me and had already gotten his tickets. When I called them an automated operator asked for my membership number or phone number I keyed in my phone number and got an operator who already knew my name. I asked her to please check the status of my order and she looked it up and said that it hadn't gone thru because there was a mix up with the address of my home and the address on my credit card. I told her they were the same address and had never had a problem with any other business. I asked to talk to a manager. He said that he could reprocess my order and that i would get them in 7 to 10 business days. I asked him if he could experdite them and he said that they only used this process.

I am all for the great prices that this club has to offer HOWEVER,
if i hadn't called them I wouldn't have known that my tickets weren't on the way. Eventhough they had my:

1. phone number 2. address and 3. e-mail address

I Hope this helps someone especially the person who hasn't given themselves enough time before they leave for their wonderful vacation .

I have ordered from the twice and both times recieved my vouchers with in 3 days. I hope you don't have to wait much longer.

I ordered on Sunday 3/14 and received them yesterday 3/22.
So it did take one week for mine to get here. I was getting nervous because everyone else said 3 or 4 days but they came and I'm happy I don't have to call and complain.

When I placed my first order with HSC they called me the next morning and said that the address I gave them and the address for my credit card didn't match. I said I didn't know how that could be since they send my credit card statements to this address. He said it was no problem they just had to confirm that they had the right address. I then said I would call the credit card company and ask them what address they had and he said that wasn't nessasary that it was probably just computers talking to computers. I don't know why they didn't call you.
